For the 14 day challenge, you will not be required to go to the gym if you don't already go. The idea of the first 14 days is to show you how you can increase your activity in the easiest way possible. Beyond that, your workouts will be tailored to you and your circumstances.
The first 14 days isnt about achieving a draw dropping physique transformation. As much as the odd pound or two may be dropped, we are just looking to adopt new habits, change our mindset and build up some momentum for the bigger transformation later down the line
